So I've already got a 1978 MCI JH536c mated with a really nice Studer A80mk2, but I found another MCI console for cheap and decided to snag it. The guy who had the console in storage said it was an MCI 428... I thought "cool" a 400 series MCI would be fun... So I jumped in my van and made the trip to Fort Worth Texas to pick it up... When I met up with the guy at the UHaul storage facility, what I saw buried in the back of the storage unit was in fact an MCI JH528. Since I'd measured and remeasured for a 428, I was unsure if the 528 would fit in my minivan.... but just for historical purposes, you can see for yourself that it fits!!!
